Our client, a South African based financial services group , is looking to employ a Team leader who will deliver on the sales and engagement strategy to increase membership and drive key business outcomes. The candidate should have 4- 5 yrs Call centre sales & engagement management experience. Previous experience as a 2IC( 2nd in Charge) of the team very beneficial.
Skills Required
Skills required;
Grade 12 with Maths.
4- 5 yrs Call centre sales & engagement management experience.
NQF Level 4.
Banking experience is preffered.
